Day (1) Yangon Arrival by morning flight


Arrive Yangon airport by morning flight. Meet and welcome at the airport by our Green Palace experienced guide. On way to hotel, visit Mindama Hill where the world biggest white marble Buddha Image is situated and also to see the (3) white elephants. Then check in your hotel, shot rest. After that.Your Journey begins with an afternoon tour through Yangon's colonial-style city center, Yangon's famous Mahabandoola Park, Town Hall. Visit Sule Pagoda,dating back over 2,000 years ago lunch at one of the famous restaurant. After lunch visit the magnificent reclining Buddha at Chauk Htat Gyi, and after a photo stop at the Karaweik Hall, a 'hamsa-bird-shaped' floating barge on Kandawgyi (Royal) Lake, then continue to see the Great Shwe Dagon Pagoda built history over 2500 years ago, two merchants brothers Tapussa and Bhallika from Myanmar who offered a gift of Honey cakes. In return, the Buddha personally removed eight hairs from his head and gave these to the two brother gave these to the two brothers for enshrinement in their native town of Okkalapa which is now the City of Yangon. On their return, the two brothers presented the Buddha's hairs to the King of Okkalapa who erected the pagoda and enshrined the eight hair together with the relics of previous three Buddhas. The original height of the pagoda was 66 feet. From the 14th century onward successive monarchs in Myanmar rebuilt or regilded it until Shwedagon reached its present height of 326 feet. It has ten unique different sections, namely, the base, the three terraces called "Pyisayan" the "Khaung Laung" so called because of its bell shaped, the "Baung Yit" with distinct embossed bands, the "Thabeik" (monk's food bowl) the "Kya-lan" an omamental lotus flower, the "Hnget Pyaw-Bu" (Banana Bud) the Hti (Umbrella), the "Hngetmana", the flag shape vane which revolves to the direction of wind, and the Seinbu (Diamond bud). The "Hti" the "hngetmana" and the "Seinbu" are decorated enlaid with 3154 gold bells, 79569 diamonds and other precious stones. Its golden dome rises 96 meters above its base and is covered with 60 tons of pure gold leaves. Also to see sunset from the pagoda. Complete your first day in Myanmar. Dinner at one of the good restaurant and O/N at the hotel.

Day (2) Yangon –Sittwe by morning flight

MandalayAfter breakfast transfer to airport for flight to Sittwe. Arrive Sittwe in the late morning. Transfer to hotel and after a short rest, lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, visit to Lawka Mar Razein Pagoda and Sittwe hundred colorful Market, Sittwe Port and View Point. Dinner at local restaurant and O/N at the hotel.

 

 

Day (3) Sittwe – Mrauk U (by boat)

MonywaAfter breakfast, transfer to jetty for special chatter boat ride to Mrauk U. Arrive Mrauk U in the late afternoon, transfer to hotel. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit to an eight sided monument, Dukkantnein "ordination hall", a construction of literate and sandstone bricks. Enjoy sunset at Shwetaung from where there is a good view over Mrauk U. Then visit the Museum which houses ancient stone slabs with inscriptions and an interesting collection of Rakhine-style Buddha images. Continue to visit most famous Shit-thaung Pagoda, shrine of 80,000 holy Buddha images. Visit Andaw Pagoda, Sightseeing includes the Ruined City's Walls; Defensive Moat; Central Palace and the Great Image of Sutaung Pyae, a 5 meter seated Buddha which is said to have been carved out of one piece of rock. Dinner at local restaurant and O/N at the hotel.

Day (4) Mrauk U – Chin Tattoe – Mrauk U

After breakfast, morning visit to Chin Tattoe trival village area. From your hotel to jetty by Jeep Car, from jetty to Chin Tattoe area by special chatter kanoe boat about 3 hours go and 3 hours back at Chin Tattoe village area you will see very wonderful women their face. At there about 3 hours visit one village to another village, you can take photo & video camera. Then return to Mrauk U short sightseeing, Dinner and over night at the hotel.

 

Day (5) Mrauk U – Vesali (Waitharli)-Mahamuni – Mrauk U

After breakfast, morning visit to Mrauk U hundred colorful Market, continue drive to Weitharli (Vesali), founded in the 4th century, and proceed to Kyauktaw and visit Mahamuni Buddha Image, according to legend the original site of Mandalay's famous bronze Buddha image. Then visit famous bronze Buddha image. Return to Mrauk U. Lunch at local restaurant. At evening time Mrauk U area short sightseeing and enjoy sunset at Shwetaung from where there is a good view over Mrauk U. Dinner at local restaurant and O/N at the hotel.

Day (6) Mrauk U–Sittwe (by boat)–Thandwe (Ngapali) Becah Leisure time

After breakfast, transfer to airport, flight to Thandwe afternoon flight. Arrive Thandwe airport transfer to your hotel and leisure time.

Day (7) Thandwe (Ngapali) Beach Leisure time

After breakfast, leisure at the beach.

Day (8) Thandwe (Ngapali) Beach Leisure time

After breakfast, leisure at the beach.

Day (9) Thandwe (Ngapali) – Yangon afternoon flight

After breakfast, visit to the town of Thandwe about 18 km far from the beach. Return back and transfer to airport for return flight to Yangon. Arrive Yangon in the afternoon and transfer to hotel. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, visit Chauk Htut Gyi Reclining Buddha Image, Kaba Aye (World Peace) Pagoda, Tooth relic Pagoda and Gem Museum. And then a short visit to China town for strolling. Dinner at local restaurant and O/N at the hotel.
